Our company takes all necessary measures to ensure that there is adequate stock of all product codes in our warehouse in Choustouliana, Heraklion, Crete. However, occasional shortage may occur in some product codes especially in handcrafted items. Our site automatically displays if a product is available or temporarily out of stock.
Product availability and information is subject to modification from time to time with or without prior notice.
All product prices on our web site are quoted in Euro (€), are inclusive of V.A.T. and do not include delivery cost. There is no handling charge. The delivery costs are automatically calculated upon check-out according to selected delivery method and destination. They are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products.
We retain the right to change our pricing policy, to modify the quoted prices on the website and to change and/or withdraw offers at any time, with or without prior notice to our website users, who will be informed on the current price through the relevant posting on the website. While we strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices displayed on our Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we notice an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the possibility to reconfirm your order with the correct price or cancel it.
You may pay for your order by one of the following methods:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction. In any case, we urge you to check the products upon receipt. In the unlike event that you receive the wrong or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within two business days after delivery) in order to arrange for a replacement.
Returns are accepted only when:
• The goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied
• The goods are damaged
For a return to be accepted, the product you are sending back to our company must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be unused and intact in its original packaging with all the documents that accompanied the product.
If the above conditions are fulfilled, the refund of the amount you have already paid will be handled directly by us or in collaboration with our partner payment service provider. If these conditions are not met or if any of the above-mentioned documents accompanying the product are missing, your request for a refund cannot be accepted and the product will be returned to you at your own expense.
We endeavour to process your order within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation and deliver it as soon as possible to the indicated delivery address.
Orders are carefully prepared and properly packed with appropriate inner and outer packaging materials in order to secure quality upon shipment and ensure the delivery of the products in perfect condition.
Shipment is made by Post, or Courier to the delivery point designated by the customer. Please make sure that you provide the correct delivery address and ensure that someone is available to receive the order and sign the delivery receipt.
In case there is an incorrect address, the customer is liable for the return shipment to our premises.
Deliveries to Post Office Box numbers are not accepted.
The shipping cost for your order is calculated automatically in the shopping cart upon CHECK-OUT depending on volumetric weight and delivery destination and is included in your total purchase cost before order completion and payment.
Please note that products delivered to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to customs clearance and other relevant fees. We cannot be held liable for any of these extra costs. We strongly advise you to check your own country's customs regulations/laws, before placing an order on our website. International orders outside the European Union are at your own risk. We cannot be held liable if customs in your country confiscates any particular item contained in your parcel, levies import duty on it, delays or does not clear the package or the package is lost. In those cases, the order is deemed to have been delivered and no refunds will be allowed.
