Returns are accepted only when:

• The goods are damaged
For a return to be accepted, the product you are sending back to our company must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be unused and intact in its original packaging with all the documents that accompanied the product.
If the above conditions are fulfilled, the refund of the amount you have already paid will be handled directly by us or in collaboration with our partner payment service provider.
