Gortynion Elaion is a limited production, Koroneiki monovarietal superior quality extra virgin olive oil with low acidity and rich flavour. It is produced in the plain of Messara, south of Heraklion Crete.

We believe in quality and not in quantity and we take care of our olive trees like the apple of our eye. Each year, the harvesting takes place in November when the olive fruit is at its peak and provides excellent taste and health benefits.

Gortynion Elaion 500 ml - Koroneiki Monocultivar

The collection of the olive fruit takes place at our olive groves in the plain of Messara, Crete, Greece. Recommended as a dressing in salads, legumes, fish or meat, pasta, and soups.

  • Limited Production Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  • From Organic Farm in conversion.
  • Harvest period: Mid-Late November.
  • Flavor: Fruity, spicy, slightly bitter.
  • Acidity: 0,2-0,4 /100 g
  • Extraction conditions: Cold extraction, not exceeding the temperature of 27 degrees Celsius.
